The "H. G. Wells Literary Award" is awarded with only one criterion: Literary Excellence. "Literary Excellence" is defined here as ready for print publication and likely to be
accepted for print publication, if submitted.
This award is given to the author of the literary offering and not to the website.
The award must be displayed or it will be revoked. Also, links to sites that are inoperative and have not been updated will be removed.
The decision of the KISS Websites Website Designer is final and not open for discussion. But
applications may be re-submitted after 60 days.
